I’m so glad that we selected this place for our weekend trip. It was exactly the same as we had seen in the pictures. All the amenities were available. Our son loved every bit of it. It’s a place to visit with family and friends. The food was simple yet delicious. They had magic show which was loved by all. Followed by house of tambola. We had a great time and would love to visit again.

Took a day out package. Place is decently maintained. Staff are good and friendly. Food play area for kids. Activities include shooting, archery, small cricket ground, bullockcart ride etc. They have a small animal enclosure with a couple of sheep, ducks, emu birds, chickens etc. Not well maintained, but yes they do have them. Cottages are basic. Food is decently good. Evening activities are aimed especially for kids like magic show, fire dance and housie. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Overall it's a decent place.

Jain farms is not too far from Chikka Tirupathi temple. So after paying prayer at temple we reached Jain farms around at 9am. They served breakfast and welcome drink. Breakfast was simple south indian food but test was good. After breakfast,we went to play many games includes Bullock ride. Around at 12noon they served pani-puri ,pakode and chana chaat.Good refreshments as we were tired after playing. They have free hair massage and mehndi facility also. Around 2pm lunch served, many varieties and taste also good. After lunch, they start fire show, magic show, tambola and musical chair. Overall it was fun experience. Staff was very friendly.

MANY EVENTS THEY HAVE ONLY ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. AVOID GOING ON ANY OTHER DAY. ITS IN TAMIL NADU NOT IN KARNATAKA We went for a day out on Saturday. Don't think its a good idea to stay overnight. 1. Food: Had welcome drinks which were Rasna[Taste was bad] and Limbu pani [Good], Breakfast items ware limited like they had Idli/vada/Pongal/upma/bread butter/ corn flakes. The food taste was decent. For lunch menu was decent enough and the taste was also good. Evening snacks they had Mirchi bhaji and tea/coffee. from morning 11 AM till 3 PM they had a live counter for pani puri etc. So overall food gets a thumbs up. 2. Activity and amenities: MANY ACTIVITY THEY HAVE ONLY ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. AVOID GOING ON ANY OTHER DAY. a. Bullock cart riding. --> [ its super fun] b. pot making. --> [ its super fun] c. Games i -> Kids play area. [Not well managed. surely needs a big change] ii --> open field for cricket/ football [its a dry field, no grass, play on your risk.] iii --> games like badminton and all but no place to play. a .broke TT table. iv --> some small games like shooting etc. [kids will enjoy] d. Magic Show --> It will be fun for the kids. e. Fire Show --> It will be fun for the kids. f. Astrology. g. mehendi / tattoo. h. Rain Dance [there was some issue and it was not on time but later he turned it on around evening 5. if you are in a group you will enjoy it but do it before you go for lunch.] i. Pool [Better not talk about, very poorly managed] j. they have duck/chicken/emo in their premises. Verdict: kids will have fun, very badly managed pool so forget pool water activity. Rain Dance will be fun if it is turned ON with an announcement. children play area need big renovation. It can be visited.
